Roles and Responsibilities Taking care of new joining employees in the company. Preparing offer letters, joining letters & appointment letters as per department needs. Plan, organize, and conduct induction programmed for the new joiner. Complete the joining formalities i.e. collect the required documents, creation of login id for attendance and working on forms and letters. Ensure our employee documentation that includes appointment agreements and mandatory documentation is maintained in confidence. Issuing & maintaining employee records Offer Letter, Appointment Letter and their confirmation. Responsible for joining formalities, induction program of new hires. Coordinating with admin department for employee attendance. Offer release, bank account opening, ID card coordination, sending details to the support staff Formulating and executing the hiring strategy to close the active requirements in the shortest time frame. Sourcing, screening and short listing suitable profiles as per the open requirements. Taking the preliminary round of interview over call/F2F and matching the suitability as per the open requirement.
