ABOUT VIDHU PRABHA

More than two decades of experience in addressing diverse set of issues and minimizing the gaps between investment, implementation management and results. While, the thematic expertise lay in ‘gender’, trans formative leadership building for women’s rights and ‘gender integrated programming’, the programmatic management of it includes building strategic partnerships, training, drawing strategic approaches and collaborative platforms for advocacy, scaling up programs, managing donor relations and setting up effective management systems. Besides, the key strength areas have been, developing cohesive linkages with diverse set of stakeholders, steering campaigns on gender equity and equality and positioning organisation in the development debate through its best practices. She has been instrumental in the formation of consortium of state wide networks, women’s groups, NGOs, Educational Institutions and INGOs in Bihar, Jharkhand, Delhi, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
