About Vidhika Rohatgi
I stood in a shoe aisle holding two pairs one that was right for my daughter\'s feet, one she\'d actually be excited to wear. I put them both back. That moment became Toffeetoes.Toffeetoes is a premium Indian kids\' footwear brand built at the intersection of foot science and imaginative design. We believe a child\'s shoes should do two things at once: support healthy foot development and spark a sense of wonder. We call it thoughtful kids\' footwear and we\'re building it for the Indian market, from the ground up.As a founder, I brought a UX lens to a category that had never asked the most important question: who is this actually for? The answer is always two people, the child whose foot is still forming, and the parent whose trust has to be earned. Every design decision at Toffeetoes starts there.Before Toffeetoes, I founded Fortune Cookie UX Design (acquired by EY India). Over two decades, I\'ve worked across BFSI, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and media leading large-scale UX programs, building in-house design studios, and driving cultural transformation through people centric design. I\'m also the co-author of \"Empathy & User Research\", a practical guide to human-centered methods.Today, all of that expertise has a new home.
