ABOUT VIDHI TEMBHURNIKAR

Seasoned management consultant with a focus on consumer goods (CPG), TMT, commerce and advanced analytics, I bring over 7 years of experience in data-driven decision-making and change management. I am a Manager of Strategy and Consulting at Accenture Strategy, where I build and sell AI-driven proprietary products leveraging third party data ecosystem for delivering rapid insights and data experiences for our clients. My core areas of expertise include digital GTM, eCommerce, growth and consumer Insights with responsibilities spanning stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and project and process lead. Prior to Accenture, I served at PwC US Advisory where I lead end-to-end transformational projects with rapid digitization as a focal point. I had the privilege to work across industries in areas of pricing, fraud prevention, growth analytics, consumer experience, along with thought leadership in commerce and responsible AI space. I also established and lead a team of core data science practitioners in Mumbai and helped it grow to 20 members in span of three years. I hold an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad with dual specialization in Strategy and Marketing and have completed my Integrated Master’s Degree in Applied Chemistry from IIT-BHU, Varanasi. My skills include business strategy, data analytics, digitization, third party data landscape, project management, programming (R, Python, SQL), financial modeling, leadership, team management, stakeholder management, and business development and sales. Beyond work, I am passionate about art, word games, music, and pro-bono impact initiatives.
