Partner with business unit leaders and HR business partners to identify and prioritize internal hiring needs across technical and non-technical roles.Manage the complete internal recruitment lifecycle—from job posting on internal platforms to shortlisting, interview coordination, and feedback management.Actively promote internal mobility and career development opportunities to retain top talent and reduce external hiring dependencies.Build and maintain a pipeline of internal candidates by proactively engaging with employees across departments and understanding their career aspirations.Ensure all internal movements are handled in compliance with internal transfer policies and guidelines.Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools to monitor internal applications, track progress, and generate insights for reporting and planning.Facilitate knowledge transfer and role transition planning in coordination with both current and future managers.Contribute to workforce planning and succession initiatives by aligning internal talent with business growth needs in a dynamic IT environment.Provide regular updates and reports to senior HR leadership on internal hiring trends, gaps, and opportunities.
