ABOUT VIDHATRI YADAV

I’m an MBA graduate in Operations & Analytics with a background in Mechanical Engineering. I enjoy working with data, understanding how processes work, and finding practical ways to improve efficiency and business outcomes.I began with productivity improvement projects, where I worked on analysing machinery performance and downtime trends to support operational improvements. That experience shaped my interest in operations and process analysis and gave me a practical view of how data supports day to day decision making.Over time, I gained exposure across HR and business functions, contributing to digital system implementations, recruitment related analysis, and process streamlining. Working with structured information and reports in these roles helped teams improve clarity, efficiency, and execution.Through my MBA and professional experience, I have worked with business and operational data to prepare reports, identify trends, and support decision making. Collaborating with cross functional teams helped me develop the ability to interpret insights and communicate them in a practical, business focused manner.I’ve taken on leadership roles in academic and corporate settings, from organising inter college events to coordinating sponsorships, which strengthened my planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.Outside of work, I enjoy dancing, reading, solving Sudoku puzzles, and playing badminton.
