ABOUT MICHELLE MORGAN

I have over 15 years of customer service experience from working in various areas which include: being a teacher, a mentor/coach, being a director and overseeing 12 after school sites, which included 12 site coordinators along with over 80 staff members and implementing a personal development curriculum that I created. Throughout my career I have exemplified leadership, being coachable and being a team player. I always look to be of service in having clear communication with a customer and making sure they feel heard and having their needs met to the best of my ability. I am creative and pursue my ideas because it\'s fun and amazing to see what I bring to life or where my idea leads. I love to learn and I\'m all about having a growth mindset. I also believe in an abundance mindset where there is enough for everyone to WIN! I know that my resume shows a gap in employment from my last job at the Boys & Girls Club, although I had an idea about writing a book about personal development and having it be implemented in schools and sports teams. I allowed myself time to cultivate the idea, bring it to life by writing 2 books that make up the curriculum and teaching others to be the leader and implement the program in their classrooms and sports teams. It\'s been great to see my idea come to fruition and now I am ready to get back to working with a team :)
