ABOUT VICTORY DOH

I am a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nursewith a strong foundation across multiple clinical settings, including emergency departments, medical-surgical units, long-term care, and psychiatric services. These diverse experiences have shaped my ability to adapt, think critically, and provide high-quality care to patients with a wide range of needs.I am passionate about mental health and I’m working towards becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Through my clinical work, I’ve become deeply committed to understanding and addressing the emotional, psychological, and professional challenges that both patients and healthcare workers face.In addition to my clinical focus, I am developing my skills as a public speaker using education, storytelling, and lived experience to promote resilience, wellbeing, and meaningful conversations within healthcare.I welcome opportunities to connect, collaborate, and contribute to initiatives that support patient care, clinician wellbeing, and positive transformation in healthcare.
