Leads User Experience (UX) and Information Experience (IX) design for a portfolio of over 40 products across connected construction at Trimble. The Construction Management Systems (CMS) organization includes Viewpoint and MEP Estimation. Took on additional responsibilities to lead and scale UX and IX across Trimble Horizontal Services and Platform division. Works as part of the Trimble UX Team to help define strategy and help accelerate the adoption of the Trimble Design System in Viewpoint products and beyond, align estimation designs with ERP systems, leverage the deep expertise and platforms managed by the Information Experience team of Viewpoint with a larger group of products, and help Trimble scale user centered design standards and processes to more product development teams. Aligned portfolio of over 20 products with Trimble Design System with phased approach. Provides leadership to cultivate customer centric culture and unify the product experience to develop new value for customers and the business. Leads design thinking workshops to generate long term innovation ideas, strategies, and plans across Trimble in multiple industries, including Construction and Natural Resources.
