About Victor Liang
I represent financial institutions, funds, companies and loan originators and servicers in connection with domestic and cross-border financial transactions and structured products. I work with clients across a wide range of secured and unsecured deals, as well as the acquisition and financing of different asset classes, including consumer and marketplace loans, commercial loans, trade receivables, card receivables and certain esoteric assets. I also have substantial experience negotiating in various industries and fields such as fintech, blockchain and digital assets, financial services and life sciences, with an expertise in financing innovative and cutting-edge companies with intellectual property (including software and hardware). I am often called on to work on bespoke, “outside-the-box” transactions that not only address unique credit/collateral needs but also require creating legal structures that optimize asset management, licensing and tax impacts.(Recognized by The Legal 500, Chambers USA, the American Bar Association (ABA) and Best Lawyers in America for banking and finance)
