As a sailor it would be easy to row a boat around the planet. Enough with the metaphors. As an intricate thinker, I often relate events with life. For instance, I can say that data is alive. Data is what is driving our technology. Without it we can compare ourselves stuck in the early ages. As a sailor and thinker, diving deeper into this data has made it part of my life. Seeing it flow in different directions from different sources. This is the age of data, where an organisation having more data might overtake others. But having more data, also known as Big Data, might bring up more problems rather than solutions. This is where we sailors also known as Data Analyst level up the field. Using the technology on our side and controlling the tides of data. By bringing up meaningful insights and possibilities in the data lakes. Data Analyst have proven to uplift many organizations. In conclusion, data is undoubtedly a valuable asset, it is the combination of data quality, responsibilities and practices that can ultimately determine a company\'s success.
