I am the Founder and CEO of Aspichi, where we are building the infrastructure layer for scalable, measurable mental healthcare.Mental health remains one of the least quantifiable areas in healthcare. Diagnostics and treatment still rely heavily on subjective reporting, limiting both precision and scalability. At Aspichi, we are addressing this by combining AI, behavioral data, and immersive environments to make mental health measurable and actionable.Our platform enables clinicians and organizations to capture real-time behavioral data within controlled therapeutic environments, transforming how mental health is understood, diagnosed, and treated. Luminify, our mixed reality therapy and AI-assisted diagnostics platform, is one of the applications built on this infrastructure and is already used in collaboration with clinics and rehabilitation centers working with more than 1 million patients.My background spans over two decades in technology, starting as a Java developer in Since then, I have built and led technology-driven initiatives across finance, telecom, automotive, IoT, and healthcare, delivering more than 50 projects internationally.This experience shaped my approach to building companies: focus on systems, not features — and on infrastructure, not tools.As a leader, I operate with high intensity and strategic clarity, building teams that can execute under complexity and uncertainty.
