Route 44 Sidewalk Reconstruction, Putnam, CTServed as the Resident Engineer for this LOTCIP-funded project for the Town of Putnam. Work involved replacing existing sidewalks and curbing with new Portland cement concrete sidewalks, monolithic curb, and ADA-compliant ramps along approximately 3,800 linear feet of Route 44 between Bates Avenue and South Main Street. Additional project elements included roadway restoration, turf establishment, erosion control, signage, and pavement markings. 2025Enfield Roads – North, Enfield, CTServed as the Resident Engineer on this portion of a multi-year roadway reconstruction program. JTC has been providing construction engineering inspection services across several neighborhoods. Work included roadway reconstruction, sidewalk replacement, drainage upgrades, installation of new curbing and driveways, and replacement of drainage and sewer manhole covers and sewer service laterals. The project was completed using LOTCIP specifications and guidelines.
