Integrating deep and broad experiences leading divisional to global TA and HR shops with talented leaders at renowned companies such as McKesson, Fiserv, Comcast, and Wellstar, I govern talent acquisition as an enterprise infrastructure more than a support function. When built strategically, powered by data, and aligned to business outcomes, talent becomes an engine that fuels growth, transformation, and market leadership.My story began in behavioral health at the University of Kentucky hospital and next supporting an NIH‑funded psychiatric genetics study at the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in partnership with the Human Genome Project. That early exposure to human behavior, complex systems, and evidence‑based decision‑making led me to pursue a master’s in organizational psychology and enabled my transition into HR at an organization providing services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. It also established the analytical and behavioral‑science foundation that underpins my leadership approach today.As a Global Talent Acquisition executive, I’ve spent my career designing and scaling high‑volume, enterprise hiring models across healthcare, fintech, CPG, and QSR, leading global teams of 100+ and supporting organizations ranging from high‑growth PE-backed startups to Fortune 5 enterprises.
