This includes the following: congregational preaching, witnessing, evangelism, street ministry, workshops, and mentoring. Over the years Victor has also held multiple small church spiritual, shepherding, and operations positions of responsibility (e.g, deacon, elder, clerk of session, board of directors’ vice president and secretary, and trustee).
