Fenix designs basketball experiences with global stakeholders to help youth better understand their sense of self, health, and humanity through sport. Fenix has served over families in the US and Japan, leading the charge for a sport-equity revolution.• Managed event partnerships with 19 organizations to create: international camps, competitive teams (4th – 11th grade), parks and recreation clinics, WNBA/NCAA game experiences, sport-parent seminars, clothing + hygiene drives, coach certifications, micro-festivals, and tours.• First youth basketball organization in America to run a 6-week youth 3X3 experience utilizing new FIBA-style format.• Served as coalition member and action team leader for the King County Play Equity Coalition.
