Configure medication formulary, IV sets, order catalog, medication order sentences, PowerPlans and CareSets within Cerner PharmNet and Powerchart for the 20+ hospital health system. Responsible for ongoing collaboration with the pharmacy service center to test and implement quarterly updates to the Alaris Medication Library in support of SmartPump integration/Infusion Management Engaged in updating the Cerner pharmacy labels from post script code to standard Cerner report layout code, which will also include enhancements and improvements to the labels as requested by pharmacy operations Assist with quality control review of the pharmacy formulary, and medication CPOE synonyms Participated in implementation of Electronic Prescribing of Controlled Substances Assist in design, build and testing of bi-directional new Omnicell Unity interface (ADT, orders, charges, pocket loads/unloads, Central Pharmacy Manager transactions) Assist in design, build and testing of bi-directional new Omnicell IVX Workflow interface Develop customized adhoc CCL reports via Discern Visual Developer Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve build issues.
