As the Scrum Master and Agile Coach for multiple Agile Pods within the Digital and Innovation department, I am responsible for coaching Web/E-commerce teams in Agile practices. Leveraging design thinking and value stream mapping, I facilitate sessions on Agile and Scrum basics for team members. I lead Scrum events including backlog prioritization and refinement, sprint planning, communities of practice, and sprint retrospectives. I work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers gathering customer requirements and defining their vision with engineering as well as overseeing product strategy, pricing and positioning strategies. I motivate the team and leadership to collaborate and keep the feedback loops tight, pivot as needed, and champion for change that would ensure quality and effectiveness. Using cross-team collaboration, I ensure we are mindful of the definition of success while continuously learning and maturing. i work daily in WebEx Conferencing, SmartSheet, Atlassian Suite (Jira with Confluence). I continue to evangelize, champion. and demonstrate the value of Lean/Agile principles with colleagues and leadership.
