With over 24 years of experience in design, and 14 years dedicated to digital learning, I have refined my skills to create engaging and inspiring designs. My passion for innovation drives me to craft beautiful and inclusive learning experiences that cater to all audiences. I am committed to overcoming barriers to accessibility, ensuring that everyone can benefit from our learning solutions. My work spans diverse sectors, including marketing, digital learning, travel, and pharmaceuticals, where I have gained a deep understanding of each industry\'s unique challenges and opportunities.Currently, I serve as a Digital Learning and Diversity & Inclusion Specialist at St. James’s Place, a FTSE 250 company that values creativity and innovation. In this role, I am part of the Learning and Development team, where I develop and deliver innovative, accessible digital learning solutions. I am passionate about leveraging AI to enhance our learning content, and ensuring our Partners have the resources they need to succeed. My expertise includes creative digital design, animation, videography, and virtual reality, and I am always exploring new technologies to enrich our learning initiatives. Being part of an award-winning team dedicated to enhancing our employees\' skills and knowledge is incredibly rewarding, and I take great pride in creating visually stunning and impactful content.As a digital designer with diverse experience, I bring a unique perspective to every project. My background includes graphic design, UX/UI, branding, and more, allowing me to approach each design challenge with a well-rounded view. I am adept at quickly adapting to new challenges and technologies, staying current with the latest design trends and tools. Whether working on a small project or a large-scale campaign, I am committed to delivering exceptional results that exceed expectations.Outside of my professional work, I am an avid traveler, videographer, and photographer. I love capturing the beauty of the world and am always looking for new and exciting ways to push the boundaries of digital design. I am outgoing, creative, and have a keen eye for detail, making me passionate about what’s possible in digital design.
