Hey there! I\'m Victoria Rios – a 20-something, Chicago-bred young professional with a passion for puzzles, problem solving, thinking creatively, and of course, helping others! Starting out in digital marketing, doing social media work for local startups, I naturally fell into the world of advertising at DDB Chicago, where I coordinated impactful creative advertising projects for brands like Molson Coors and Bimbo Bakeries. As I made my leap from the world of advertising into tech, my journey led me to Litmus (software) as a Customer Success Manager. There, I merged my creative, analytical, and critical thinking to truly understand our customers, help them get started with our software, provide ongoing support, tackle any technical hiccups, keep them engaged, and dive into data analysis. Throughout it all, I was there every step of the way, ensuring our customers had the best experience possible.Though no longer with Litmus, these experiences continue to shape my approach in my current professional endeavors. Enriched with skills spanning across project management, advertising/digital marketing, SaaS marketing technology, and customer support, I bring a unique perspective & multi-faceted approach to every role.Beyond the 9-to-5, I’m a digital nomad, solo traveler, music enthusiast, and a curious soul always seeking fresh challenges.
