   Designs and develops a variety of training products to meet the needs of several Federal clients, primarily various offices within the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Specific tasks include:• Collecting data and performing training needs assessment/analysis to help agency leadership make informed project decisions;• Designing new learning materials in response to identified agency training needs, creating and implementing organizational templates and development guidelines as necessary;• Converting existing training materials into new delivery formats in order to support the evolving learning needs of our client organizations;• Identifying opportunities to update content and improve the instructional efficacy of existing training materials;• Collaborating closely with stakeholders and experts to outline project parameters, learning objectives, and product scope following agency plan-of-instruction (POI) and course design document (CDD) standards;• Developing web-based training using industry standard rapid-development tools (Captivate, Articulate, Lectora, etc.);• Producing instructional multimedia such as videos, animations, and motion graphics using the Adobe Creative Suite;• Supporting the facilitation of course pilot deliveries and documenting participant and instructor feedback;• Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented training materials and providing data-driven revision recommendations;• Ensuring the accessibility of all print and web materials, including compliance to Section 508.
