Develop, facilitate, and promote the county’s collective efforts concerning the prevention, identification and coordinated response to human trafficking and sexual violence; increase community awareness and engagement; work with partner agencies to develop human trafficking and sexual violence education strategies and awareness platforms; work with local, state and national resources to expand county capacity to identify and provide trauma-informed and culturally relevant interventions for human trafficking and sexual violence. Act as a point of contact and representative for issues of human trafficking and sexual violence and provide technical assistance to community and county partners.Facilitate strategic planning, policy analyses, data collection and reporting, process improvement, building and strengthening partnerships, and other work related to human trafficking and sexual violence prevention, policy recommendations, and program development. With input from relevant stakeholders and communities, coordinate the development, implementation and communication of interdepartmental and community plans and moves the work forward to achieve goals and objectives, strategies, policies, best practices and awareness strategies. Lead agency strategic planning efforts to elevate sexual violence and human trafficking.
