Hello Friends! Thanks for stopping by. Currently, I am living out my passion for evolving the renovation industry. Growing up I’ve learned from my Mother’s HVAC/R business, my Father’s Welding company, so it\'s no surprise I’ve found myself at the forefront of growth at Block Renovation. Block Renovation brings my interests in technology, real estate, and construction together into one place and one process. With prior experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent and technology consultant at PwC, I leverage my data driven mindset and understanding of the housing market to help homeowners achieve their renovation goals. In the year I\'ve implemented our go-to-market strategy across our sales organization, introduced new sales enablement tools to help our teams efficiencies, and ultimately improve our team\'s conversion rates across the sales cycle. Within the 2 years I\'ve helped launched the Los Angeles market and grow our team from 1 to 30! The LA office was launched second after our Headquarters in Dumbo, Brooklyn. Since the launch of LA we’ve introduced Block Renovation to 4 other cities; San Francisco, San Diego, Boston, and D.C.
