Alliance Abroad Group was created in 1992 with a mission: to develop programs and services for people who would bring positive change in their communities in the United States and abroad, and also to enhance international understanding. I perform a wide range of functions related to business growth and development including performing market research, redefining organization to be a strategic proactive business partner, working with competitors to form relationships, establishing new positioning strategies, developing company procedures, and cultivating business relationships.Through my work, Alliance Abroad Group has achieved partnerships in more than 50 countries.Key Achievements Identified industry trends and opportunities for sales/profit growth - Successfully steered all efforts and shifted focus from Western Europe with staff and managed multi-million budget to rapidly expanding markets to Moldova, Bulgaria, Thailand positioning company as industry leader. Oversaw Accounting and Collections operations as well as; supervised resource management, customer service, franchise operations and acquisitions. Effectively monitored market and competitor activity to continually update business strategies and goals. Achieved incremental market increases and improved company performance across locations in the world. Successfully led turnaround of underperforming regions to generate sales increases of 12% ahead of established plan, profits 30% ahead of plan, and allocations.
