About Victoria Wilson

My first job out of college was coordinating trade shows globally for an electronics manufacturing company. It was in that role that I fell in love with the industry. I had other responsibilities in this role, but dreamt of the day when I made trade shows my full-time job. I got my current job in an unusual way. I applied for a different position at the company, but after the first meeting, the interviewer thought I would be better suited for account management. Sixty days after my initial interview, I packed all of my belongings and two cats into a truck and drove down to Georgia, where I would begin to turn my dream into a reality. The first project I worked on was a sq. ft. booth. Prior to that, the largest booth I had worked on was 600 sq. ft.When people ask me what I do, I tell them I make my clients\' lives easier. I live by Excel spreadsheets. To quote one of my favorite musicals, “I make lists in my sleep.” My degree in journalism taught me the importance of deadlines, which is an incredibly valuable skill in this industry. I try to learn as much as I can about each of my clients so I understand their specific needs.When I leave the office, I can be found in one of three places: Running around my neighborhood, training Muay Thai at my gym, or catching up on baking shows on Netflix.
