I\'m a hardworking, highly collaborative Product Manager, with 10+ years of experience in fast-paced tech companies. I\'ve been a seed to Series A PM twice. In addition to building cross-platform products that have driven value for thousands of customers, I\'ve launched initiatives (ex. higher-ed vertical, EMEA operations), built processes (ex. talent acquisition, rollout escalations), and solved complex problems with minimal guidance. Creativity and kindness are my best tools.At Klaviyo, I help creators grow their business by advancing our core platform. My teams improve the Klaviyo segment builder to drive personalized messaging, and build core components of our data platform to provide analytics to both internal teams and customers.I\'m also a writer. As a PM this manifests in clear, thorough documentation and presentations. As a published author of sci-fi, fantasy, and horror, I write stories inspired by Filipino mythology. My debut collection, Never Have I Ever, was published by Small Beer Press in 2021. It won a British Fantasy Award and was a finalist for the World Fantasy, Locus, Crawford, and Ignyte Awards.
