I am a results-oriented project leader with six+ years of experience managing large-scale supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment center operations. Recognized for driving workforce optimization and productivity gains, I specialize in high-volume environments where adaptability, analytical thinking, and frontline leadership are key to success. Throughout my career, I’ve been known for balancing short-term efficiency with long-term growth by implementing data-driven planning models, leading cross-functional improvement projects, and mentoring the teams that bring strategy to life. My professional focus includes production planning, continuous improvement, labor forecasting, team leadership, KPI optimization, and change management. Delivering results in these areas requires strong project management, communication, and resource planning skills—all of which I bring to every role. Currently, I serve as Production Planning Manager at DHL in Dallas, where I lead planning and reconciliation operations for a Nike-dedicated fulfillment center. I’ve designed and implemented dynamic forecasting models, launched a flex staffing strategy to absorb 150% forecast surges, and played a key role in driving the site’s DC-to-Ship metric to 99.5%+, one of the top scores in the network. Prior to this role, I held Operations and Continuous Improvement leadership positions at DHL, as well as area and distribution manager roles at Walmart and Bollore Logistics, where I specialized in streamlining processes, onboarding and developing teams, and launching 5S and Lean initiatives to drive efficiency.
