ABOUT VICTORIA GRIJALVA OCHOA
Victoria serves as the Rural Program Manager for Community Development with Local First Arizona. In this role, she helps design and execute programming that enhances local rural economies, increases community engagement, and strengthens the capacity of community partners with a focus on locally managed, self-sustaining outcomes. Victoria has previously worked on various political campaigns, including January Contreras for Arizona Attorney General and Mark Kelly for U.S. Senate. During the 2021 redistricting cycle, Victoria coordinated efforts between organizational partners in the fight for fair and representative districts in Arizona. Most recently, she developed curriculum and trained potential candidates for elected office on how to run their political campaigns.
