About Victoria Graeve
Using behavioral psychology, machine learning and predictive analytics, I serve as a business transformation consultant working to make better people and organizations while supporting product development internally. Our AI products enable analyzing data and setting a strategy to improve experiences and drive efficiencies. During implementation, I apply change management and organizational development best practices to move the needle - this includes optimizing leaders, increasing product adoption, and driving sales and service performance outcomes. As a behavioral and data scientist who loves bringing innovative solutions to life, I am passionate about closing the science-practitioner gap by using data and rigorous methods when implementing innovative decisions.Outside of work, I\'m passionate about making communities and businesses a dynamic, inclusive space where people are motivated to engage. I\'m blessed to be a part of the TPG team that provides strategic solutions to improve the customer experience for Fortune 100 companies. I find joy in continuous learning and sharing knowledge by teaching research methods, statistics, and organization management as an adjunct instructor for Nebraska Methodist College. I give back by volunteering with ThriVinci, a nonprofit that leverages skills-based volunteers to bring collective impact projects to life.I love data, learning, fishing, hiking, and dogs!
