I have 10 years experience as a senior instructional designer designing and developing learning solutions for State Farm employees. Most of the deliverables are online \"launch now\" courses; however, I also developed some classroom and virtual classroom training. I wrote scripts for video developers and edited training deliverables as a quality analyst. I designed and developed the Remarkable for Teens interactive course, which is available for any organization to use across the U.S.Because of my graphic design experience, I was asked to create visual representations of concepts for executive and management meetings proposing and reporting on modernization efforts within the learning areas.
