ABOUT VICTORIA DIANO DÍAZ

Born in Uruguay, I built my foundation in Psychology and later specialised in Occupational Psychology, driven by a deep interest in people, behaviour, and how we create meaningful work experiences.My career has taken me from hands-on recruiting to broader People Experience roles, including the opportunity to support HR operations in international peacekeeping missions in Haiti and the Democratic Republic of Congo. These experiences shaped my adaptability, cultural awareness, and passion for building positive environments.Now based in New Zealand, I’m expanding into Executive Assistant roles, areas where my curiosity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail truly come together. I enjoy understanding how systems and processes work (and how they can be improved), while also bringing structure, organisation, and proactive support to fast-paced environments. Whether it’s ensuring seamless user experiences or keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes, I take pride in creating efficient, high-quality outcomes.Beyond work, I love organising spaces, exploring new places, getting immersed in a great book, hiking in nature, and expressing myself through drawing.I’m always open to connecting, learning, and exploring!
