ABOUT VICTORIA WIRTALA

I was once described as “The RA in the School of Life” by my teammates and that’s a title I aspire to keep. Passionate about enabling and empowering people to “make the thing happen”. Proud first generation American originally from Michigan and currently living in Chicago. My love of storytelling and people have been my catalysts to cultivate expertise in sales, facilitation, coaching, and partnerships. My background in improv combined with project management means I always have a plan A and B but am ready to “Yes and” any situation. My personal mission is to leverage my skills, expertise, and network to create more equitable opportunities and curiosity to explore differences to learn about ourselves and others. I received my Masters of Science in Learning and Organizational Change Management from Northwestern University where I validated my belief that cultivating relationships, leadership skills, and curiosity are the solutions to any business problem. My thesis explored what Leadership Behaviors positively influence employee passion for work. My commitment to supporting others to achieve their goals has also led me to becoming an iPEC certified coach. I have 100+ hours of coaching experience and have had the honor to support many clients navigate change, make progress on their professional goals, and make effective decisions- Please note I check my LinkedIn a few times a month to prioritize being present to existing commitments and relationships.
