As a passionate advocate of designing and building positive customer interactions and engagement I understand the pivotal importance of utilising data, insight and technology to enhance, drive and evolve customer/client contact strategy and experience. Having worked across Marketing, Proposition and Operations I have a wealth of experience and knowledge of the importance of utilising data and technology to develop and deliver successful customer centric propositions, campaigns and service treatments.Utilising Contact Design methodology and journey mapping I have led the design of new contact strategies, propositions and service treatments designed to inspire and engage different audiences, whilst also maximising opportunities to embed marketing automation to drive efficiency and personalisation.My style is open, optimistic and determined. I utilise data, insight and my experiences to challenge beliefs and perceptions to ensure that any customer interactions are engaging and successful.
