Working outside the hospital environment visiting opticians, referral management centres and some GP’s at their practices. Some visits to attend initially are cold calling practices and some are painting relationships. promoting services, hospital locations, patient benefits, how patients can be referred to SpaMedica and new developments within the business.Relying on self-motivation, I manage my own diary, meetings, and route planning.Sometimes required to visit new areas to promote our service as the business continues to grow. Out in the field, building new relationships and account managing the current clients with brilliant results.Promoting patient choice across the north east and north Cumbria.Achieving KPI\'s and liaising with supporting teams within the business to drive referrals in my area for example, hospital management, marketing, transport and referral teams.Currently a \"marketing champion\" which is liaising with the marketing team on behalf of my own team to feedback how current and new promotional materials are working in the individual areas, coming up with new ideas to drive the message forward.Keeping my own diary and managing my own time to ensure I achieve the set KPIs.Acting as a first point of contact for new and existing referrers and handle queries and complaints as appropriate as well as attending events, open evenings and presentations alongside attending conferences and exhibitions and assisting in co-ordinating events where required.
