ABOUT VICTORIA BLAIR
I am a science-driven materials engineer focused on synthesis and processing of transparent ceramics.After finishing my PhD at Alfred University in 2014, I joined the Army Research Laboratory as a Post-Doctoral Fellow. During my fellowship, I experienced all aspects of ceramics for the Army, and in 2015, moved into a new role as a principal investigator on processing of transparent nanocomposites. In this role, I\'m driving the research and development of transparent ceramics for a variety of applications. I\'m also currently leading and organizing research and development of ultra-high temperature materials.
