My career began many years ago at Derby City Council where I led the Housing Benefits Overpayments Team. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the challenges Local authorities face and sparked my passion for improving processes and outcomes within the Public Sector.From there, I was fortunate to work with organisations including Rossendales, UK Search, JTR Collections, and Ascendant Solutions in its early days – supporting Local Authorities across the UK to become more efficient, proactive, and effective in their recovery and collection procedures.After taking time out to broaden my sales and business development skills and experience in other sectors, I realised my heart has always remained with Local Government – helping teams achieve their best and deliver outstanding services.I’m now absolutely thrilled to be back with Ascendant Solutions, ready to embrace this next chapter.Let my journey begin!
