Global Media Lead, Insurance, Payments & Travel Industries @Accenture

I currently lead media relations globally across Accenture’s insurance, payments and travel practices, covering our external communications strategy, execution and measurement. As part of this role, I support our industry leaders in driving positive coverage in top tier business and trade media, aligning with our sales priorities at an industry level, and also at a broader Accenture level. I work closely with my marketing colleagues on our content pipeline, disseminating relevant research, client references, points of view and data for use in global media, and also working with our local media teams (covering 120 countries) to help repurpose and localise. I also manage our press office function for these industries, with no agency support, managing incoming enquiries and supporting crisis management colleagues on potential and live reputational issues.
