I’m a Senior People & Talent Partner with over 10 years of experience operating at the intersection of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, helping organizations build, scale, and optimize high-performing teams in fast-paced, global environments. I’ve led end-to-end recruitment for complex technical, corporate, and leadership roles across product, engineering, data, and operations, partnering closely with executive and senior leaders to define hiring strategies, align expectations with market realities, and deliver talent that elevates both performance and culture. I bring a strong data-driven mindset, leveraging metrics and insights to improve hiring outcomes, streamline processes, and enhance the overall candidate experience. Beyond talent acquisition, I have a strong foundation in HR partnership, supporting leaders across the full employee lifecycle including organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management. I’m particularly passionate about using technology and automation to drive efficiency while maintaining a people-first approach, and I focus heavily on coaching stakeholders to build more effective, consistent, and inclusive hiring practices.
