   Lead on the Global Product Commercialization covering anti-fraud product go-to-market strategy Implementation of heightened security standards for Indeed’s shared support line: As the leader of this project, I collaborated with product and customer support teams to implement enhanced security measures for our call center, preventing fraudulent attempts to access and modify customer account information. By leading the effort to implement these standards, we were able to ensure the safety and security of our customers\' sensitive data. Go-to-market strategy for SMS 2FA Rollout for Employers: I led the go-to-market strategy for the two-factor authentication (2FA) rollout for all employers who use Indeed - driving significant fraud reduction. This effort included collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective email campaigns, training call center representatives to promote the product, and utilizing my influence to gain leadership buy-in for the strategy. Implementation of difficult Trust & Safety policy updates: I led the go-to-market strategy for \'Project One2One\', a challenging decision to decrease duplicative jobs and enhance the job search experience for job seekers. Despite facing resistance from sales, and clients who relied on posting duplicative jobs, I collaborated with marketing to develop effective employer communication and created a revenue impact projection model to support the decision-making process.
