ABOUT VICTORIA YUNEZ BEHM
Trained in clinical nutrition and theological ethics, my work explores how systems, people, and meaning intersect to drive community well-being and whole-person health. I have particular interests in food as medicine, personalized and culinary nutrition, public health nutrition, theology, and health equity. I have expertise in educational program development, programmatic operations, and the translation of health information for diverse audiences. My research aims are to increase access to nutrition knowledge and incorporate food-based interventions as central components of health care.
