Essential Skills, Resume Writing, Job Search, and MS Office Applications Instructor. Facilitating online learning over five hours daily, in 4, 8, 12, or 15-day modules using Brightspace and Zoom as primary platforms, to classes of five to twenty adult learners in a given session. I deliver lessons and materials provided by Trillium College, carefully explaining exemplars, encouraging inclusive discussions, giving detailed constructive feedback verbally and in a variety of documents, and providing support, empathy, and accommodations as needed, achieving nearly 100 percent success in individual credit achievement since date of hire.I am committed to helping newly enrolled students at Trillium to be fully prepared for their programs by taking them through reviews of study skills, budgeting basics, test-taking skills, and key elements of academic and professional research and writing. My prior career experiences enable me to provide nuanced explanations, respond to questions and concerns with sympathy, empathy, and compassion, and help learners unfamiliar with learning platforms to become accustomed to the various features. I enjoy being useful to others, encouraging learners to reach their full potentials, and modelling good learning and communication practices to support diversity, inclusion, and equity in learning environments.
