I have over 25 years experience of working with owner managed and private equity backed clients, assisting them with their tax affairs. This tax advice can cover a whole spectrum of matters including managing corporate tax compliance, assistance with the tax numbers for inclusion within the statutory accounts, enquiries, correspondence and liasing with HM Revenue & Customs, providing specific tax advice in respect of transactions such as acquisitions and disposals, property matters, overseas expansion etc. However, since 2016 I have worked in our transfer pricing department assisting international companies with TP policy and operating model reviews and recommendations, benchmarking, the preparation of OECD compliant transfer pricing documentation, financial transactions transfer pricing (including thin capitalisation assessments), assistance with permanent establishment identification and issues, UK and overseas Tax Authority transfer pricing enquires and anything else transfer pricing related!
