ABOUT VICTORIA WHITEHILL

I’m a talent and early careers leader who loves building things that don’t exist yet, from large-scale attraction and engagement programmes to creative outreach, events and early identification initiatives that genuinely open doors for new talent. My work sits at the intersection of education, social mobility, diversity and workforce planning, with a strong focus on helping young people navigate their first steps into the world of work. I’m particularly passionate about widening access for women, Black talent and those from lower socio-economic backgrounds, and about how organisations evolve their approach as we begin to engage Gen Alpha and the next wave of future talent. In my current role, I lead early talent engagement across schools and campus outreach, strategic supplier partnerships and early careers programmes, managing large, regionally based teams and setting direction at scale. I’m at my best when I’m problem-solving, piloting new ideas and challenging the status quo; testing what works, learning fast, and building better experiences as a result. My background includes a Master’s in Education (Leadership) and experience as a qualified teacher, which continues to shape how I think about confidence, capability-building and access to opportunity in early careers.I love collaborating with employers, charities, educators and third-party organisations to create initiatives that are credible, inclusive and future-focused. I’m particularly interested in speaking, influencing and shaping how early careers recruitment is designed, delivered and experienced and in helping organisations think differently about how they attract, engage and develop the talent they’ll need next.
