Partnership & Collaboration: Lead and develop MOU partnership with the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development (MOED), facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams, monitoring program outcomes, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines- Client Intake & Compliance Management: Oversee full client intake process, including profile creation, gathering personal and demographic data, and appointment coordination. Lead efforts to improve EMR and telehealth communication systems, ensuring operational efficiency- Staff Recruitment & Training: Conduct first-round interviews for administrative staff positions, manage new hire onboarding processes, and provide training on EMR system, company policies, and procedures. Track training and staff progress using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)- Operational & IT Support: Serve as office manager for IT troubleshooting, resolving minor technical issues (Wi-Fi, system connectivity, printer malfunctions) and overseeing office equipment setup for new staff- Administrative Coordination: Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for task management, documentation, and reporting. Maintain accurate records for client and program data, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal tracking systems.
