ABOUT VICTORIA COOK

As a Senior HR Manager at Association Health Care Management, Inc.(AHCM), I oversee the HR function for four entities and direct payroll, HR, benefits, and talent acquisition deliverables. I have more than 20 years of experience in HR management and generalist roles, serving various industries such as foodservice, healthcare, oil and gas, PEO, and publishing. I hold the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credentials, which demonstrate my commitment and competence in the HR field. My core competencies include HR strategy, compliance, project management, employee relations, recruitment and retention, policy development and implementation, benefits and payroll administration, and communication. I am a collaborative and energetic HR leader, who can build effective relationships with senior leaders, managers, and employees, and provide sound advice and counsel on HR matters. I am also a hands-on HR professional, who can design and execute initiatives that improve company profitability and growth, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
