Excited to be part of the newly created Growth, Digital & Platforms (GDP) organization at Mars Petcare, where we are on a mission to digitally transform our operating model, create a 360° consumer view, and elevate the pet parent experience.In my role within the Transformation Office (PMO), I drive governance and strategic alignment across divisions, the Petcare Leadership Team, and the Digital Transformation organization. I design and manage key governance frameworks, oversee critical decision-making processes, and ensure that digital transformation remains a top priority across the business.I also lead a Value initiative focused on measuring the impact of our digital products on business growth—ensuring that our investments truly make a difference.Thrilled to be part of this journey to transform the most exciting Petcare company in the world!
