I am a Partner specialising in Contentious Trusts & Probate at Smith Partnership. I am a fully Accredited member of the Association of Contentious Trusts & Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and head up the Contentious Trusts & Probate team at Smith Partnership, dealing with all aspects of Contentious Probate, Trusts, challenging Wills and Inheritance Disputes.
