Supervising Associate - Experience Manager @EY

As an Experience Manager (EM), I handle resource/scheduling assignments that are complex, with a wide scope, for the Financial Services Organization (FSO) Consulting practice. I support engagement staffing by assigning resources effectively to the right projects, in the right place, at the right time. I work closely with relevant EY leadership to make the most of available resources, taking into consideration the skills required, personal preferences of individuals, and overall engagement risk. I also coordinate with other Experience Managers across the broader EM team, to balance workloads and address any staffing needs or conflicts. I also help manage and communicate utilization targets to ensure we are hitting metrics set forth by the firm. I coordinate/communicate this information not only across EY client serving leadership, but also with other Core Business Service (CBS) functions within EY, such as recruiting and Talent, to ensure we are making necessary hiring decisions.
