About Victoria Terry
I have always had a strong passion for creating engaging learning experiences. After obtaining a Bachelor\'s in Elementary Education, I realized that the impact of education extends far beyond the confines of the classroom. This realization led me to pursue a degree in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences. As an instructional designer, my primary focus is on developing innovative and effective training programs that empower learners.

I’m excited to share that I’ve joined LVT as a Learning Facilitator! I’m looking forward to this new chapter and the opportunities ahead to support and grow with such an innovative company and incredible team.I also want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for my time at MX. During my time there, I had the privilege of working alongside some of the most talented and inspiring people.
