ABOUT VICTORIA SWART
I can do anything I\'m passionate about.High-level sports competition, sales, music, intensive video editing, travel advising, entrepreneurship, consulting, media management, marketing, project management, filmmaking, acting, novel writing, public speaking, innovation workflows, building training modules, leadership. The pull of curiosity and new adventure are far too strong for me to stay in one box.Nonetheless, the two main areas I come back to, regardless of whatever new venture I\'m exploring, are storytelling and people growth. I have always been a storyteller, but even more, I am motivated by legitimate team growth and new, creative ways to solve problems. I founded Iron Owl Films as a way to make interesting, authentic stories while building excellent teams and experiences both in front of and behind the camera. Seven years of collaborative filmmaking with a range of team sizes has brought with it sizable experience in leadership, organization, effective problem-solving, audience growth and retention, digital marketing, workload prioritisation, flexibility, and operative decision making in fast-paced environments. My Masters of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Edinburgh brought several opportunities for growth in consulting, entrepreneurial finance, and innovation strategies in the face of disruptive technology. I recently was awarded a Distinction from the University for my research on the interaction between Generative AI and professional identity theory which, though conducted within creative contexts, revealed findings that extend across industries. As I move into the next stage of my career, I\'m keen to connect with other individuals who step outside of the box, who get excited about new ways of thinking, and who value creativity in their workflows.
